As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Oregon and Indiana, I am dedicated to providing honest, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and first responders/first responder couples. I identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a trait that allows me to be deeply attuned to my clients' unique emotional landscapes and offer a highly intuitive approach to healing.
I don't work with "by the book" scripts or rigid therapeutic prompts. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are emotionally, honoring your lived experiences. My practice is rooted in supportive, inclusive, non-judgmental, and culturally competent care. No matter your identity, preferences, or belief systems, my goal is to help you safely navigate life's challenges, heal, and achieve a lasting sense of well-being.
With nearly 40 years of experience in social services, I bring a deep, well-rounded understanding of human experience to my therapeutic practice. After returning to school later in life, I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2017 and have been practicing as a therapist ever since. My clinical background spans community health clinics, home-based family therapy within the child welfare system, and private practice.
I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, including first responders and their partners, as well as cis and LGBTQIA+ communities. Grounded in this diverse experience, I guide clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, divorce, and major life transitions. I also offer compassionate support for those navigating grief, loss, and the complexities of terminal illness.
